You receive income monthly

Rent is collected, our commission is deducted, and the balance is transferred to you on a fixed date each month. Full financial reporting included.

One commission. Complete alignment.

The structure is deliberately simple: a fixed percentage of rent collected. If the property earns, we earn. If it does not, we do not. There are no onboarding charges, no layered fees, and no surprise deductions.

If we do not collect rent, you do not pay commission. Our incentives are aligned with yours: we succeed when your property performs.

Commission is agreed during onboarding and fixed for the duration of the management agreement. No renegotiation. No escalation clauses.
